Who We Are

Electrician Weatherford OK is an electrical contractor serving homes and businesses across western Oklahoma. We are based in Weatherford itself rather than dispatching from a metro call centre, which is the practical reason we can cover towns like Hinton, Cordell and Burns Flat as regular territory instead of occasional trips.

The work splits fairly evenly between residential and commercial. On the residential side that means outlet and switch repairs, lighting and ceiling fans, added and dedicated circuits, panel upgrades, rewiring in older houses, generator connections and EV charger installation. On the commercial side it runs to office and retail wiring, tenant finish-out work, three-phase power, equipment connections, warehouse and parking lot lighting, and maintenance for businesses that cannot afford downtime.

How We Work

Most calls start as a diagnosis rather than a repair. Flickering lights, a breaker that keeps tripping and outlets that have gone dead all have several possible causes, and swapping a component without testing the circuit tends to move the problem rather than fix it. We would rather spend the extra time establishing the actual fault first.

For anything beyond a small repair, the sequence is the same every time:

• Inspect the existing installation and establish what is actually there
• Explain the fault or the requirement before recommending any work
• Provide a written estimate covering scope, materials, labour, permits and exclusions
• Confirm what permits and inspections apply before starting
• Install, label the work, then test and hand over

On larger projects we handle permit coordination as part of the job. Requirements vary by the type of work and the jurisdiction it falls under, so they get confirmed at the estimate stage rather than discovered halfway through.

What We Do Not Do

We do not quote major electrical work over the phone. Panel upgrades, rewiring and service changes depend on the existing installation, access, the age of the property and what the service entrance can actually support, and none of that can be assessed from a description. The published price ranges on this site are planning figures for budgeting, not quotes.

We answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but we are still straight with you about travel time. Sayre is the clearest example — at 59 miles it is close to an hour each way, so we will tell you honestly how long we will be rather than let you assume we are five minutes out.
